Hi everybody ! Here's a topic where you can speak as much as you want english. Try not to speak french and to help other people who don't talk english as well as you. Let free to correct membre's sentences if they aren't correct. So, let's talk about this new school year ! How did you begin ? I've begon my year quite well. I'm not with my friends anymore but it doesn't care because my new classmates are friendly. But I'm still pleased to be with my friends for the english and dutch lessons. How about you ?

Exactly the same classmates (except three or four persons), teachers we already knew, the same schedule (or nearly)... The only thing to change is the content of lessons which is even more interesting than last year (Yahooo more maths and physics!!! :D ) That's all for me... The insteresting things will come in the next weeks, the first year students will discover how can be the life with us second years inside the school niark niark niark... :D

PS: I hope i haven't got a lot of mistake ;) Here's the correction of your message : 1) you can put the verb 'can' just after 'will' as after to, should, would etc.. You have to put the verb 'to be able to' 2) You don't take a Bac, a exam put you pass it ! Well, obviously, you've begon your school year quite well ! Edit : ooops, sorry I didn't see you answered Edit 2 : Meianki, the sentence 'I have begon' is correct, you say 'I began' and ' I've begon '

First of all, my timetable is quite good, because I don't even work on fridays afternoon 8) The only day I really hate is Thursday... Biology, physics, maths.... What an idea to be a scientific :-X I'm already bored with these hours ^^ [si quelqu'un sait dire cours ou matières je suis preneur] Then, I'm glad to see again some of my teachers / friends. Hey ^^ That's a nice idea of topic :D I never see it before too, and I'm not so good in english too, but I'll make my best :) My new year has well started, thanks to the girls ;) Anyway, when I'm not sleeping or at school, I waste the most of my time on my PC doing either nothing special or trying to create an AI :P I try to see my friends outside the school too, but with the exams and the lot of housework we have, it's hard to do so. It has been a long time since I didn't throw a look at this topic :) It would be a great idea for everyone to correct the message just above yours so that everyone improve. If you don't find any mistakes say it. I will point at some of Mr Jonas's mistakes : I never see -> I have never seen I'll make my best -> I will do my best My new year has well started -> My new year started well Hope you have more free time as I do -> Hope you have more free time than I do That's all for the mistakes I found, maybe there's more. And now to answer Thanatos : Currently, when I have spare time, I do... nothing or I work for my coming tests... It's not very exciting but once it's over I will began to do some developping work for Webi (means for this website of course ^^ ) Maybo I'll began play igo game too. I stopped since I enter the first et second year after the BAC but next year will be less hard. I also hope you did have more spare time than I had this year :) See ya!

Hello, It's the first time I see this English topic and I think it's a good idea. :) When I have spare time, and because we are on holidays I spend my days on the computer and especially on the web. Otherwise I play video games but surfing on the web is more interesting because you can discover lot of original websites. This holidays I will go to Normandie to do sightseeing. And you where will you go on holiday? I hope I haven't done too much mistakes. :euh: PS: Meianki I'm sorry but I can't correct your message because I haven't a very high level in English so I am not able to correct your message. "My father wants I speek " -> My father wants me to speak I didn't guess what you wanted to say then so I can't erase the mistake but i'm naerly sure there's one :) "Bye and good holiday to everybody" ->Bye and have good holidays everybody I won't go on holydays, but I will go to Paris in order to have some more tests (I'm trying to go in an engineer school). I'll be spleeping in my brother's place, so I think he will show me some good places in Paris :) Ho! Big news! (And very good for me) I officialy became a BrightMarks developper! Hello! To answer you zombies280, all the oral tests are done in Paris for all the schools of the CCP and Centrale contests, these exams let me integrate a lot of schools all around France. I'd like to have a school where I can study developping technologies and applied mathematics to informatic technologies... Hope I'll be able to have this one :) (It's in Grenoble)

I think it's a very important thing to practise our English very often. It is just by practising we will improve our level. So, the first term is going to finish, and it is soon Christmas. How have you manage your term? Wasn't it too hard? For me it was a quite good term I think even if my general marks is a bit less than I hoped and than I had last year. But it stay good because normally I will stay in the first 1/3 of the class, so I'm glad :)

Just for you Webi : Our dear Zombie is speaking about the first part (out of three) of the year and how well he performed for his several tests. He also says that practising your English is the best way to improve. Think of English as a language that is used by many persons outside (and inside too) France! It can be very useful! Now for the "my little life" part : For me at ENSEEIHT, the year is divided in two part (like in universities) so the exams begin soon but most of them are in January at the end of the first part of the year. But for the moment the lessons are very interesting and kinda easy except for Topology and Normalized Vectorial Spaces... but it's only one lessons of maths... And it's understandable when you lean a bit more longer on it :), just another advanced theme in mathematics :)... Well... thanks for reading my life :)
